You can avoid wading through this mess each morning by signing up for a FREE e-mail account with a provider like GMail, Yahoo, or Hotmail and using it as a dumping station for these newsletters, notifications, and extra e-mails you might not necessarily want. Do look through them ever so often though, because they may contain a great FREE sample or coupon!
