It's reported that many Targets are joining in and offering this savings! As always, check to confirm you local Target is participating.CVS is also offering a wonderful deal. Look in the store for Green Bag Tags priced at $0.99. Buy one and attach it to any reusable shopping bag. You'll earn $1 ECB for every 4 times you have it scanned.
