Now that you got to check out my shopping plan on Thursday, today you can find out how it all went down. First, since my not-yet-born son did decide to knock my pelvic bone around, I didn't really get to go shopping for two-weeks, I had a little extra money and did something I don't normally do - impulse shopped!MEIJER
A NOTE ABOUT MEIJER: Since I had 1-2 coupons for every item I purchased at Meijer, I annoyed the poor teenage cashier to the breaking point. Almost every coupon beeped, so at first he checked each of them to make sure I had the required items, but after he realized I knew what I was doing he stopped caring. Eventually, he changed the system so it just accepted all my coupons and even through I tried to be helpful and tell him the $1/1 had to be adjusted down to $0.99 (and so on), he rang them all up at full price. He even rang my BOGO coupons and FREE coupons at a random amount he picked (which was always higher than the real amount), instead of going back to check the current price! Though I felt bad for him, because he was obviously having a bad day, he really gave me a nice little bonus.
